Psalm 85:10
What is the meaning of this verse? I read it several months ago and I keep thinking about it often. I really think that this verse is trying to tell us something significant about God's character and some of the most important characteristics of the Kingdom. The quote at the top of my blog is from the KJV. The NIV reads "Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other." When I read the whole of Psalm 85 I feel as though I may just get lost in it and never find my way out again (I do that more often lately than ever before when reading). The words themselves flow so beautifully. It's implications were immediately relevant to the times in which it was written but profoundly prophetic for all future generations as well. What does it mean to you? What should it mean to the Church? What does it mean for Creation?
